Prices are available upon request for each of the three suites.
The tourist tax in Trentino is €1.50 per person per night and is not included in the apartment rate.
A €80 cleaning fee is charged separately.
A 30% deposit is required within 7 days of booking.
Please include full name and travel dates.
Once we receive the deposit, we will send a binding booking confirmation to your email address.
Payment options: credit card, bank transfer, or cash (within legal limits).
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200. You can pay this in cash or by credit card. Provided that no damage has been caused, this amount will be refunded at the end of your stay. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained in full or in part.

Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 9:00 AM. Please inform us in advance if arriving after 8:00 PM.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property to preserve the materials used.
We love animals, but unfortunately our apartments are not equipped to host them.
