Included services, booking conditions, and everything you need to plan your holiday in Val di Sole.

Prices

Prices are available upon request for each of the three suites.
The tourist tax in Trentino is €1.00 per person per night and is not included in the apartment rate.
A €80 cleaning fee is charged separately.

Booking & payment

A 30% deposit is required within 5 days of booking. 
The balance for the entire stay must be paid whitin 7 days of the arrival date.
Once we receive the deposit, we will send a binding booking confirmation to your email address.
Payment options: credit card, bank transfer, or cash (within legal limits).

Deposit

Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200. You can pay this by credit card. Provided that no damage has been caused, this amount will be refunded at the end of your stay. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained in full or in part.

Cancellation policy

Please read our cancellation terms carefully:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: only the deposit will be retained.
  • 30-20 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
  • 20-7 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
  • Within the last 7 days: 90% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 9:00 AM. Please inform us in advance if arriving after 8:00 PM.

Smoking & pets

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property to preserve the materials used.
We love animals, but unfortunately our apartments are not equipped to host them.

House Rules

Our suites are ideal for families with children, couples, and guests seeking relaxation and comfort in an elegant and peaceful environment. We kindly ask for respect toward the refined furnishings, shared spaces, and the tranquility of the property. Since we live here with our children, we gladly welcome guests who share these values and are happy to follow our simple house rules.
We are unable to host groups or travelers interested in parties or noisy activities. Quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
If these conditions do not meet your needs, we kindly invite you to consider other accommodation options, as our goal is to provide a calm and pleasant stay for those who truly appreciate this atmosphere.
